Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage text-based data with high accuracy, focusing on non-numerical information.
- Organize and transcribe information on documents related to titles and real estate.
- Handle document scanning, filing, faxing, and email correspondence.
- Type and prepare contracts with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain effective internal communication within the organization.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the team.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Proficiency in typing and handling various types of documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
