What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Read customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats and decipher handwriting as needed
• Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
• Verify data accuracy before entry and report any discrepancies to your supervisor
• Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties such as filing and copying
• Ensure that customer information is updated in all relevant areas of the system
   

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
• Patience for repetitive work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
   

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Reading knowledge of English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience with data entry and/or filing
• Demonstrated social perceptiveness and service orientation
