Role Description

Haloo is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and kick off a period of hypergrowth and aggressive expansion. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing and lead generation efforts across various channels, with a focus on digital marketing, SEO, and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-faced start-up environment.

Responsibilities for remote Digital Marketing Coordinator Jobs

SEO Strategy and Implementation:

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics
• Collaborate with content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create comprehensive reports on key marketing metrics
• Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies

Social Account & Content Calendar Management:

• Manage and optimize social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
• Manage and optimize company blog, newsletter, and Slack Community
• Create and maintain content calendars for various marketing channels
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery and publication of content

Business Development & Lead Generation Support:

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Manage and optimize email marketing and lead nurture campaigns, including list management
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and qualify leads, including list building
• Support the planning and execution of webinars and virtual events

General Marketing Support:

• Assist in the management of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and SEO-optimized
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials, proposals and presentations
• Manage and update a library of company content

Requirements (Sound like you?)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or tech industry
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with marketing analytics tools
• Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems and email marketing platforms
• Experience with Slack is a plus
• Experience with lead generation and CRM software is a plus
• Self-motivated driven mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
