The Enquiries Manager serves as the initial touchpoint for prospective parents and guardians reaching out through phone, digital platforms, email, or face-to-face events like Open Days. This role embodies the high calibre of customer service that North Bridge House is known for, setting the stage for a smooth transition to the appropriate Admissions Officer or Manager for the specific campus of interest.
Efficiently logging all client interactions in MS Dynamics is crucial for a fluid transition to the admissions team. This process not only ensures the integrity and enhancement of data quality but also supports the generation of insightful data analytics for the admissions staff and executive leadership.
We are seeking a personable and engaging individual who naturally connects with others and thrives in social interactions. This role requires a passion for exceptional customer service and a talent for communication across various levels with grace and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be adept at juggling multiple stakeholder needs, excel in a team setting, and possess superior organisational skills with the ability to adapt as necessary. A composed demeanour under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and a methodical work ethic are essential. Proficiency in data handling and Microsoft applications is expected, alongside a proven track record of success and learning from past challenges. Experience in direct customer engagement, preferably in sales and service, and familiarity with a dynamic, service-oriented environment is required. Knowledge of customer databases, CRM tools, and digital platforms is beneficial, and insight into the competitive education sector is desirable.
