Job Title: Product and Pricing Portal Administrator
Base Location: - Bengaluru / Manila
Type: - Remote
The Role: The purpose of the Product and Pricing Portal Administrator role is to oversee the seamless operation of critical portals, namely Ariba, EA Portal, and the Product Information Management Tool (PIM), within the clients business ecosystem.
The primary responsibility involves managing access to these portals, monitoring and facilitating daily requests and changes to product information and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Product information Management Tool - PIM
• Proactively manage, maintain, and enrich data in PIM and related portals.
• Proactively maintain PIM content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of content.
• Proactively manage uploads of price files and asset registers where applicable.
• Work with IPT on solution design, testing, and publishing of all developments in PIM
• Provide regular reports on PIM usage, issues and activities as required.
• Plan, manage and evaluate customer (internal/external) expectations through delivery of project. • Creation and management of end user training and supporting documentation for portals.
• Ensure a level of data accuracy and governance that is inline with the clients expectations.
Pricing
• Perform Pricing & Category quality audit on PIM as needed.
• Work with sales teams and PIM to update information when new manufacturers are added to the data feed.
• Ensure all vendor/distributor price feeds are received and available in PIM, Sharepoint & D365 as per their set schedules and requirements.
• Assist Sales teams with Price list creation and management as required.
Vendors
• Liaise with vendors to obtain accurate and timely the clients supplier, manufacturer product and Pricing information.
Sales Teams
• Attend Vendor and Product training where required.
• Proactively notify sales teams when deals/special pricing will expire and manage vendor special bids upload to PIM once received from Sales/CSR owners.
• Work with Team Leaders, Account Managers and Sales Managers to ensure customer pricing is presented correctly and in a timely manner.
Supply Chain
• Understand constraints of product and pricing program, document and track associated issues.
• Support D365 & the clients Commerce continuous improvement through optimizing the clients product and pricing data.
• Assist with escalations as needed to help resolve issues with process, people, or systems.
Ariba
• Facilitate day to day requirements to onboard, manage and assist customer engagement with Ariba via The client.
• Maintain Sales Guides published via Share point.
• Maintain work instructions on Share point.
• Execute reconciliation of Enterprise Subscription fees XLOB for payment as required.
Experience Required:
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience working with large datasets using MS applications e.g., MS Access, Microsoft Excel Skills
• Using the above tools and knowledge be able to demonstrate skills to manipulate data efficiently.
• Salesforce experience
• Experience with Share Point and Outlook
• A knowledge of the ICT Industry and in-depth understanding of Vendors Products and categories
• Integrity in dealing with personnel, customer and supplier issues.
• Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with staff at all organizational levels.
• Previous experience in managing customer pricing in an ERP system desirable.
