Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist, located in the UK, to join our Customer Support team. You must be able to work flexibly between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday – Friday.

You’re an empathetic, supportive team member who is enthusiastic about personal growth and learning the ins and outs of the products you support. You are passionate about providing great customer support to bring success to our client’s businesses.

Ideally you are comfortable exploring & understanding technology/software, though training will be provided around tools utilized.

How you will make an impact:

Ticket and phone support to our B2B client base.
Delivering client requests using internal tools where applicable.
Bug validation and triaging.
Answering product questions.
Communicating cross-departmentally & championing clients within Madgex.
Helping to maintain, update and audit our internal and client facing documentation.
Occasional customer video calls.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
General experience within a customer-facing role.
Proven track record of in-depth product knowledge.
