Backend Executive - Blendid Voice Process

Location: Jaipur, India
Skill Set:
- Good communication in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Requirements:
- 1 year international voice process experience
Total Requirement: 5 Headcount
Experience:
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
CTC: Up to 20K CTC + 180 INR per working day traveling allowance
Working Model: Work from Office (WFO)
Shift: Rotational 24/7 (Majorly night shift) with 5 days working
Responsibilities:
- Handle backend operations for the Blendid voice process.
- Utilize strong communication skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Ensure proper use of Microsoft applications to maintain data and records.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve operational efficiency.
- Adapt to rotating shifts and manage work during night hours.
