Procurement and Administration Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 5,000
Benefits: Medical Insurance, Air Ticket (every 2 years)

  • Filipino Female

  • Below 35 years of age

  • Immediate joining

  • Must have experience in Administration

  • Currently residing in the UAE and willing to work in Sharjah

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement and Administration Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Purchase Order Processing:

    • Generate purchase orders for approved purchase requisitions.

    • Track and ensure timely release of purchase orders.

    • Ensure accuracy in terms of quantities, specifications, and pricing.

  2. Supplier Coordination:

    • Confirm orders with suppliers and follow up on delivery schedules.

    • Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers.

  3. Price Negotiation:

    • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and discounts with suppliers.

    • Optimize procurement costs to enhance profitability.

  4. Contract Management:

    • Assist in negotiating and managing supplier contracts.

    • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.

  5. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier information.

    • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

  6. Quality Assurance:

    • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure materials meet required specifications.

    • Address quality concerns in coordination with end users.

  7. Support to Head of Procurement:

    • Assist in reporting, vendor performance evaluation, and strategic sourcing plans.

    • Provide administrative support as needed to the Head of Procurement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administration and procurement processes.

  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and record-keeping systems.
