Overview

The CFC Program Manager has deep experience in cybersecurity programs, strategy, performance, revenue, budget, products performance and portfolio management. The role will lead and oversee the execution of cybersecurity programs, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives that protect the organization’s information assets.

The CFC Program Manager’s role will involve managing multiple cyber security projects and products, overseeing revenue, managing revenue leak, managing CFC Client contracts, vendor management, budget and procurement management, coordinating with cross-function teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with security standards, all while aligning with business strategy and goals.

The candidate should be a self-driven person who have strong documentation, language skills, people management skills and analytical abilities. The CFC Program manager will work closely with field CISO on all cyber solutions and services provided. This position includes understanding of MSSP environment and customer's organizational strategy along with their operating objectives tied to Strategic, Tactical and Operational CTI strategy.

Responsibilities

Leadership:

• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of CFC and cyber-Programs, Projects and product development & enhancement activities under a unified program management tracker.
• Ensure that cyber initiatives align with the organization’s strategic goals and compliance requirements.
   

Operational Excellence

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program goals, procure requirements, manage revenue and deliverables
• Communicate program status, risks, and metrics to leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis.
   

Budgets And Plans

• Contribute to budget planning and monitor financial performance so that the business is aware of cost and revenue forecasts, areas of underperformance, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and manage the budget for cybersecurity programs
• Allocate resources effectively, balancing priorities between different projects/enhancement activities.
   

Strategy /Tactical

• Be involved in short- and long-range growth strategies, preparing execution plans to achieve targets.
• Define and monitor performance in alignment with the strategic and tactical goals
   

Operational Excellence

• Monitor and apply market research, as well as industry best practices and emerging trends that can be applied to Core42
   

People Development

• Provide coaching to team members and peers to drive knowledge and understanding of the value of collaboration.
• Track individual KPIs to ensure optimum output and delivery efficacy.
   

Continuous Improvement

• Motivate one’s team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs & projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.
   

Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Recommend improvements and contribute to the implementation of procedures & controls so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering the highest quality of service to customers.
   

MIS & Reports

• Prepare MIS statements and reports to meet the department’s and Core42’s requirements, policies and standards.
   

Revenue Management

• Monitor, review and evaluate the revenue to prevent any leak.
• Align with finance on the revenue forecast and identify areas of improvement.
• Record and report all revenue leakage and identify possible sources to recover.
   

Vendor Management

• Execute vendor management framework.
• Review and algin vendor performance to meet the organizational goals and objectives.
   

Related Assignments

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field’s (master’s preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in Cybersecurity with minimum 2-3 years in program or project management role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001)
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity projects and experience in GRC would be a plus
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CISA or PMP would be desirable.
