Purpose of Role: The primary purpose of the Oracle Data Technician role is to support and enhance maintenance operations by accurately managing and processing maintenance-related data. This involves creating and organizing work order entries from handwritten data provided by maintenance technicians, printing and distributing work orders, and effectively scheduling and organizing maintenance tasks. The role requires proficient use of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) or similar systems to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entry of maintenance work order data into Oracle CMMS.
• Provide support the planning and scheduling department as needed.

Job Knowledge/ Education and Qualifications:

• Equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfil the responsibilities and objectives outlined for the role.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) or similar software systems.
• Proficiency in creating work order entries from handwritten data provided by maintenance technicians, with a strong capability in printing and managing work orders.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and schedule work systems to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
