What You’ll Do as Admin Assistant in Rosharon

• Obtain, sort and organize sales tickets for stabilized materials and deliveries
• Maintain up-to-date information on customers and jobs
• Compile weekly charts of jobs for business development and sales functions
• Keep Purchase Orders records as required for all purchases to maintain P.O. files
• Assist Dispatchers by conveying messages and assisting customers and/or employees with questions or problems
• Order, stock and maintain inventory of supplies utilized by the Office
• Assist with daily office needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to join as Admin Assistant in Rosharon

• 5+ years professional administrative, preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
