We’re Hiring | Field Sales Executive & Senior Sales Executive (FLS) – POS Acquiring | UAE

Role Description:

• Position: Field Sales Executive or Senior Executive (FLS)
• Industry: POS Acquiring / Payments / Fintech
• Location: Sharjah | Northern Emirates | Abu Dhabi | Dubai

What You’ll Do

• Acquire new merchants for POS machines & payment acceptance solutions
• Pitch POS, card payments, QR & digital wallets to retailers & SMEs
• Conduct daily field visits and close merchant sign-ups
• Manage onboarding, documentation & activation coordination
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong merchant relationships

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience of 3-5 years in POS acquiring / banking / fintech / telecom / FMCG field sales.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills | Proficiency in Malayalam is required;
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
• Good understanding of the UAE merchant ecosystem
• Target-driven, self-motivated & field-ready
• UAE experience preferred | Immediate joiners are a plus
