We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant who will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth of our organization. Contract type: Permanent contract. Start date: Immediate.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the reporting of 3 (and rising) companies in Saudi Arabia, in addition to supporting the group finance function.

The responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations within the company including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and taxes
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial operations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
• Assist the Group Finance Manager and CFO with overall Financial Control and Oversight across KSA and the wider group.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in a senior reporting position
• Extensive experience of major ERPs (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communicator who is able to advise and explain complex accounting matters to non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in Tourism, Hospitality or Travel sector an advantage
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic
