Acube Real Estate Development is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message and project offerings. You will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials, both digital and print, that align with the company’s goals and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in design, especially within the real estate or property development sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements, digital content, and project presentations.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visual content that effectively communicates the company’s brand and project offerings.

• Develop and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.

• Work closely with the project and development teams to create designs for hoardings, signage, and other site-specific materials.

• Prepare and present design concepts to the management team, incorporating feedback and suggestions as necessary.

• Ensure that all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and reflect the high standards of Acube Real Estate Development.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that the company’s materials are fresh, modern, and effective.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate and timely production of printed materials.

• Assist in the creation of digital assets for online marketing, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website graphics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital and print design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

• Experience in creating marketing collateral specific to the real estate industry is a plus.

• Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
