National Fire Fighting Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees on computer systems, hardware, and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Monitor and maintain the company’s network and server systems.
Ensure IT system security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures.
Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Train employees on the proper use of software and systems.
Collaborate with the IT team to enhance processes and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with networking, server systems, and security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
