The Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

• Proven Sales Success: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in high-value or investment sales.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listening, questioning, and conversational abilities to build rapport with clients.
• Hardworking: A dedicated approach to your work, always willing to put in the effort to succeed.
• Positive Attitude: An optimistic, can-do mindset to keep you motivated through challenges and setbacks.
• Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating deals both in-person and over the phone, with a focus on closing sales.
• Professional Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear, professional interactions with clients.
• Attention to Detail: A good memory for statistical information and the ability to quickly absorb and adapt to new property details as they become available.

The Interview Process

We believe in keeping the recruitment process clear and structured. Here’s what you can expect:

• Role Play – Via Telephone: As part of the selection process, you’ll be asked to take part in a role play via telephone. This will give us a chance to see how you approach sales conversations and handle objections.
• Practical Assessment – Via Email: You’ll be asked to complete a practical assessment through email, where we’ll assess your ability to respond to real-world scenarios relevant to the role.
• Final Interview (Face to Face): Successful candidates will be invited to a face-to-face interview with both our Sales Director and Sales Manager. This is your opportunity to meet the team, dive deeper into your experience, and discuss how you can contribute to our success.
• Offer: If you successfully complete all stages, we’ll extend a formal offer for you to join our team at Elite Realty Invest.
