The Interview Process

  • Final Interview (Face to Face): Successful candidates will be invited to a face-to-face interview with both our Sales Director and Sales Manager. This is your opportunity to meet the team, dive deeper into your experience, and discuss how you can contribute to our success.
  • Offer: If you successfully complete all stages, we’ll extend a formal offer for you to join our team at Elite Realty Invest.
