What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will be responsible for welcoming guests in a professional, courteous manner to ensure guests are immediately settled into a warm, hospitable atmosphere so they feel at home and to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will be responsible to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner.
• You will maintain and upkeep the appearance of the hotel entrance and the hotel cars by arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.
• You will also provide all passers-by and visitors with a positive first impression of the hotel by welcoming them and greeting them at any chance.
• You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day. You will support the luggage porters, doormen and other drivers to make sure the guest experience is flawless.

What you'll bring

• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• You have a talent for greeting guests and building relationships with them.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service and business ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You will be excellent presented at all times.
• You must have a valid car driver license and multiple years of driving experience.
