The primary responsibility of this role is to autonomously perform various tasks related to the publishing or the assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue. The day-to-day job requires the individual to be an expert in the assigned process/function, to define processes to execute independently and to handle complex tasks with support from senior members of the team.

Key job responsibilities

Execute important tasks independently

Identify day-to-day operational problems and suggest data-driven solutions

Analyse data to highlight gaps, recommend solutions and influence cross-team decisions
Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Ability to identify gaps in a process and drive process improvement initiatives
• Fluency in English both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• * Ability to perform a root cause analysis of a problem, identify constraints and recommend solutions * Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
