IAT Computer LLC is seeking experienced and dedicated Laptop Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills and a passion for troubleshooting and repairing laptops. If you are committed, hard-working, and looking to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
- Perform repairs and upgrades, including changing hard drives, RAM, displays, keyboards, and other components.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services provided.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Laptop Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with replacing and upgrading laptop components.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a repair shop or technical service center.
- Knowledge of various laptop brands and models.
Location:
- Candidates must be willing to work in Sharjah.
