Additional Compensation Details

• $20/hr Dependent on Experience and Location of Role
• Potential 90-day performance-based raise
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Responsibilities

Shift

4-10 hour shifts / 3 days off per week

Sunday - Tuesday: 5:00pm-3:30am and Friday 5:30pm-5:00am

Job Description

This position contributes to Charlie's Produce success by accurately preparing and verifying the paperwork for outgoing drivers' books and efficiently processing paperwork for our will call customers. Additional functions of the Data Entry Clerk include printing pick tickets, order maintenance, invoicing, answering customer phone calls, providing courteous service, and accurately entering customer orders into the order system, helping customers with questions about their account, or forwarding customers to the correct rescource to get the help they need.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Ten Key by touch / 5,000 key strockes per hour
• One year of data entry experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem solving skills and are able to deal with a variety of details simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (Excel)
• Must be flexible to wrok varied shifts, nights and weekends
• Order taking experience a plus
• All new hires must pass a pre-employment drug test

This is a safety-senstive position.
