Job Description
Job Summary
Current Workload: The AM clerks help to resolve address corrections, send items to overgood that cannot be resolved, RTS packages, and re-wrap damages. Works with OMS to resolve cases and tag pulls.
Responsibilities
Enters data into UPS systems within time-specific guidelines.
Processes on ERN’s
Processes Address corrections
Cleans repackage damaged packages
Processes overgood packages
Research customer information for reroutes, address corrections, and directions.
Communicate with OMSs, Preload, and Supervisors to ensure packages are serviced on time.
Schedule: 6 AM to 10AM with flexibility
