Peace Country Co-op is hiring an Office Clerk on a part-time permanent basis, onsite out of the Food Store in Peace River, AB.
Looking for the first step into the administrative field? Join our team as an office clerk!
What you’ll do as Office Clerk:
- Provide outstanding courteous customer service.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Assist in daily cash audits.
- Assist in processing accounts receivables.
- Assist in processing accounts payable and reconciling accounts.
- General administrative tasks including filing and organizing.

The Team: You will work closely with the Office Manager, this team strives to cultivate a culture of autonomy, organization and efficiency.
The Community: Peace River is regarded for its diverse geography, with a vast offering of provincial parks, rivers, and lakes, it is ideal for big game hunting and freshwater fishing. - You are efficient and accurate in a busy environment, including multi-tasking when required.
- You are proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel and Outlook.
- You are honest and trustworthy.
