Job Description for the role of Projectionist - Doha Jobs :
As a Projectionist at Novo Cinemas in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of film projection equipment and ensuring high-quality film presentation. You will maintain and operate projection systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that screenings start and finish on time.
Key Responsibilities of Projectionist - Doha Jobs :
- Operate and maintain digital and film projection equipment.
- Ensure all films are projected with optimal sound and picture quality.
- Perform regular maintenance on projection equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with cinema staff to ensure smooth screening schedules.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the projection booth is secure.
- Keep accurate records of screenings, equipment maintenance, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications of Projectionist - Doha Jobs :
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in film projection or AV technology.
- Experience working as a Projectionist or in a similar technical role.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of digital and analog projection systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
