The role Customer Support Assistant Telford Jobs :
We have an exciting new vacancy in our Commercial team for a Customer Support Assistant. Working in close partnership with both internal departments and external agencies, this role will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in building great customer category insight presentations and providing the sales team and customers with high quality analysis and information.
Main responsibilities of the Customer Support Assistant role include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out office administrative tasks, including packing, posting, printing, binding;
- Supporting the development of new and existing products in partnership with Innovation, Commercial & Production teams;
- Following Cedo’s internal systems;
- Providing customer/product portfolio analysis including competitor landscape, as appropriate;
- Working closely with the Customer Support Managers to carry out local and group projects;
- Carrying out regular store checks;
- Carrying out regular product testing;
- Collating and analysing sales data to identify trends and patterns.
The ideal candidate for Customer Support Assistant will have:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Experience of interfacing effectively with internal and external customers;
- Excellent team working skills;
- Proven experience of managing multiple tasks efficiently through to completion;
- Competent using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
- Able to working using own initiative;
- Previous marketing/product development experience within an FMCG organisation is desirable for this role.
