Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a highly responsible Project Manager who takes full ownership of implementation — from plan to handover.
Responsibilities
Manage interior and architectural projects during the execution phase: from BOQ/estimate approval and contract signing through to final handover.
Build and maintain project schedules, track progress, and coordinate contractors and suppliers.
Maintain regular communication with clients and the studio team (designers, drafters, architects).
Ensure works are delivered in line with the approved design, budget, and timeline.
Maintain project documentation: statuses, budgets/BOQs, variation orders, completion documents, and the final handover package.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in interior design and/or architecture (project / site / delivery / fit-out management).
Strong understanding of the full cycle: design → BOQ/estimate → construction → procurement → handover.
Confident English (B2+) for negotiations, calls, and written communication.
Ability to run processes with contractors and clients in a structured and transparent way.
Must-have: Dubai or GCC experience and solid knowledge of the local contractor/supplier market.

Location: Dubai
Hybrid: partly office-based, partly remote (based on project schedule)
Full-time, Mon–Fri
Salary: discussed after interview
