Njord Consultancy is growing, and we are now looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a service-minded, fast-paced environment and who understands the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to final offer.

About the Role

In this position, your primary focus will be search and headhunting of top profiles across a range of industries. Sales is not a requirement in this role. Instead, we are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, highly driven, and able to build strong talent pipelines.

The role requires someone who is stress-resistant, professional, and confident in handling client communication at all seniority levels, including liaising directly with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Conduct proactive search/headhunting of top-tier candidates
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Manage roles across all levels, from executive to C-level
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, service, and accountability
• Demonstrate a proven ability to successfully close roles within agreed timeframes

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of search/headhunting experience (agency background preferred)
• Strong understanding of client service, communication, and process ownership
• Proven track record of closing positions successfully
• Ability to handle a varied workload and work efficiently under pressure
• Comfortable managing clients and candidates across all seniority levels
• UAE market experience is highly preferred
• Language skills are a bonus, especially European languages or Arabic
• You must already be living in Dubai to apply
