Aliving Holiday Homes is a fast-growing hospitality and property management company specializing in premium short-term rental experiences across Dubai. We are expanding our finance team and are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting operations
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and payment schedules
Support month-end closing activities
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Follow up on outstanding payments from guests, vendors, and partners
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial data
Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals
Assist the senior accountant and finance manager with reports and audits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of accounting experience (hospitality/real estate experience is a plus)
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
