Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled DOH-licensed Filipino Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Homecare team in Abu Dhabi. If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a home environment, we invite you to apply!
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients in a home setting.
Monitor vital signs and medical conditions, and report changes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Develop and update personalized care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Respond to medical emergencies as needed.
Follow infection control protocols.
Requirements:
DOH-licensed RN with valid certification.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (homecare preferred).
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.
Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 7,500 – AED 8,000/month
Schedule: 22 duty days/month with 8 days off
Visa & Licensing Costs: Covered by the company
Annual Leave: Full salary during leave
Health Insurance: For nurse and family
Annual Ticket Allowance: AED 2,200
Referral Incentive: AED 1,000 per successful referral
Top Performer Incentive: AED 500
