About the job

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Office Administrator to join our team a full-time basis, available to start immediately.

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and internal communication.
  • Oversee and maintain e-commerce activities, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
  • Prepare and manage quotes and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle procurement tasks such as sourcing suppliers, negotiating deals, and managing inventory levels.
  • Coordinate global communications across various stakeholders.
  • Oversee shipping and logistics with carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and others.
  • Support sales activities by preparing reports, managing customer data, and assisting with lead management.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business.

?? Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in office administration, invoicing, quoting, procurement, and e-commerce management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating global communications and logistics with shipping carriers.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
