Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll help us bring our luxury properties to life through visually stunning content, all while enhancing our brand’s presence both online and offline. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to create high-quality visual assets for everything from social media and websites to brochures and property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:

• Design eye-catching content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, brochures, and email campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent, polished visual identity across all of our marketing materials.
• Create compelling property presentations using photography, video, and design elements to showcase high-end homes.
• Design promotional materials like flyers and banners that reflect the luxury of our brand.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and post creative content on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring it’s engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the luxury real estate market.
• Stay on top of social media trends and create content that resonates with our audience and showcases our properties.
• Work alongside our Digital Marketing team to keep our content calendar organized, ensuring posts are timely and consistent.

Photography & Videography:

• Oversee or take part in producing high-quality photography and videos for our property listings and marketing campaigns.
• Edit and enhance images and videos to meet the luxury standards our clients expect.
• Collaborate with our agents to capture beautiful visuals that highlight the best features of each property.

Brand Development & Strategy:

• Help refine our visual identity and brand messaging to keep it fresh, modern, and reflective of the luxury market.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and strategies with the team to elevate Abode Property’s position as a premier real estate brand.

Content Writing & Copywriting:

• Write compelling copy for various materials, including property descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, and website content.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand tone and emphasizes the exclusivity and elegance of the properties we represent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2-3 years in graphic design and content creation, ideally within the real estate, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
• Creative Skills: A portfolio that shows off your ability to design and create content, especially for luxury brands.
• Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other design tools.
• Photography & Videography Skills: Strong skills in photography and video production, with experience in editing and post-production.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience creating and managing content for social media, with a focus on engagement and growth.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for design, layout, and typography that ensures high-quality, visually appealing content.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Project Management: Able to juggle multiple projects with ease while keeping quality high and deadlines met.
• Adaptability: A proactive approach to staying on top of design trends and finding creative ways to innovate.
• Real Estate Experience (Preferred): Knowledge of the Dubai luxury real estate market is a plus, but not a must.
