Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Assistance:

   • Assist guests with ticket purchases, concessions, and inquiries.
   • Provide accurate information about movie schedules, promotions, and cinema offerings.

2. Concession Operations:

   • Serve food and beverages at the concession counter.
   • Ensure smooth and efficient transactions while maintaining high service standards.

3. Maintenance and Cleanliness:

   • Maintain the cleanliness of cinema halls, concession stands, and common areas.
   • Ensure seating areas are tidy and ready for the next screening.

4. Team Collaboration:

   • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless cinema operations.
   • Step in to assist in other areas as needed during peak times.

Requirements:

• Positive Attitude: Display a welcoming and helpful demeanor with all guests.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• F&B Background: At least 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage services.
