LOCATION:
Purpose
The Brand Graphic Designer will bring brands to life, translating visions into compelling visuals and messaging. The designer will drive the development of marketing materials (creating visual concepts using computer software, logos, packaging, promotional materials, and more). They will communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and trade marketing) to ensure brand consistency and effectively communicate brand stories.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably within branding or marketing.
Familiarity with emerging design trends and best practices.
Experience working on both B2B and B2C projects.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles is an added advantage.
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE
Technical Skills
Creativity: Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic design thinking.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision and consistency in design work.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design concepts.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
