Job Description
As one of the largest People Experience Management Cloud Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is looking for project management professionals to work on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.
Reporting to the Head of Project Management, this is a customer-facing role available to candidates located in EMEA, such as UK, Ireland, and DACH region, with flexibility for a part-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, accountable for project success
- Stakeholder engagement - manages the relationship with all stakeholders
- Oversees deliverables quality
- Monitors progress and ensures that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Leads internal project team, monitors team tasks and progress based on agreed timelines
- Manages project risks and mitigation plans
- Manages project escalations
- Reports project status on a regular basis
- Follow AKT project implementation methodologies and tools
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management
- 5+ years of relevant experience in information technologies project management, such as ERP or CRM
- Committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments
- Strong functional understanding of the HR domain
- Experience in project management of HR systems
- Experience in HR process optimization and design
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems – huge advantage
- Experience working for a professional services company – an advantage
- Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
- Professional ability in all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent English - verbal and written. Other languages - an advantage
- Lead project teams in a matrix structure – an advantage
