Out of the Blue are looking for Duty Managers at the Drill Hall who can start in October.
The Duty Manager will be working regularly on weekday evenings from 5 to 9pm, Saturdays from 9 to 5pm and other times as required according to the OOTB Drill Hall Programme on a job-share rota. In addition, we offer work at other times, as required by the Drill Hall Programme and suiting the successful candidate.
We’re looking for a person who’s flexible, with good general fitness, good interpersonal skills and an understanding of the ethos of Out of the Blue. Good general awareness, perception and initiative, as well as reliability and punctuality are essential. Previous experience would be useful, but appropriate training will be provided. The position may suit someone with another main activity.
Pay: £12.00 per hour (with anticipated annual incremental increases)
Holidays: 34 days per annum pro rata
