OVERALL MISSION

Your mission as an accountant will be to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial transactions and records within the company. This involves timely and precise invoice and ledger data entry, reconciliation of accounts, monitoring cash flow, and supporting month-end closing processes. The position also requires adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards, while providing essential support for VAT and WHT returns, and managing banking activities. The role aims to maintain the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization through meticulous bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Missions

Responsibilities

• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry in accordance with internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
• Ensure timely payments to external and internal parties
• Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping
• Prepare suppliers reconciliation reports
• Prepare intercompany reconciliation reports
• Monitor banks cash flow
• Support in month end closing process
• Provide supporting documents for VAT and WHT returns
• Assist in Banks reconciliation and Banks accounts clearing
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required
   

Profil

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Excellent data entry skills, along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software SAP
• Accuracy and Attention to detail
• Arabic Language is a plus
