Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Capital Motion UAE in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, maintaining effective communication with guests, and upholding phone etiquette standards.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
- Experience in managing reservations
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
